Responsibilities

 

  • Warmly welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience
  • Provide helpful information about our resort's amenities and local attractions
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met promptly
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk and lobby area
  • Handle administrative tasks and support the overall functioning of the front office

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Shifts could include 7am-3:30pm, 11am-7:30pm, 3pm -11pm
