Responsibilities

The Owner Experience Manager will develop, lead, and execute our homeowner acquisition strategy. The Owner Experience Manager collaborates with other company leaders, to identify, solicit and recruit non-participating owners at Kaanapali Alii to join our rental program. He/she is responsible for securing new rental contracts by creating and cultivating relationships with realtors and other referral sources, soliciting potential homeowners directly and by working with the property managers to create a proactive process to grow our rental programs. Success will be achieved by actively fostering long term relationships with homeowners, realtors, property managers and CoralTree Residence Collection through trust and execution. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate.

Qualifications

• Drive innovation and initiatives to improve our owner experience.
• Subject matter expert for all CTRC-related products and services, amenities, etc.
• Models, encourages, and demonstrates behaviors that foster a customer-centric culture.
• Act as an ambassador of CTRC.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of the rental program and convince homeowners that CTRC is the optimal vacation rental management solution for their home in Hawaii.
• Manage rental agreement upload, new owner communications and owner portal access.
• Maintain positive homeowner relationships by representing the values of CoralTree Residence Collection.
• Responsible for maintaining owner relations by communicating and handling owner requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain and administer homeowner customer relationship manager database with residence ownership details, owner preferences, personal anniversaries and birthdays and other pertinent customer information useful in relationship building.
