Looking for a self-starter who is eager to grow and work in an established work environment! #towncountysd Pay Rate $20.00 Hr.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

  • AR billing and creating invoices for new clients /jobs, using established ERP systems.
  • Group Payment Processing.
  • Work with Service Managers to collect contracted deposits.
  • Assist with Direct Billing applications.
  • Assist with internal reports and distribute for approvals.
  • Attends staff meetings pertinent to work assignments.

Collections

  • Send out collection notices on past due invoices as applicable
  • Review open Account Receivables weekly with supervisor.
  • Make phone calls to all new billings and outstanding accounts to keep Accounts Receivable Aging in line with Accounting S.O.P.'s and corporate standards.
  • Update Controller on escalation of collection efforts.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma Required
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 1-2+ years of general accounts receivable experience
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in deadline-oriented environment.
  • Exposure to Excel and other Hotel ERP systems, preferred.
