Overview

Supports restaurant service staff by organizing food orders on a tray and delivering to specified tables as well as serving items to corresponding seat numbers.  Position helps to insure guest satisfaction by expediting food orders to tables in a timely and organized manner to ensure food items are served hot and prepared to ticket specifications. 

 

Salary: $16.28/hour

Responsibilities

  • Organize food items on service tray and/or cart and deliver to table in a timely manner. 
  • Serve food items at guest table to corresponding seat numbers. 
  • Prep and stock necessary condiments. 
  • Responsible for  keeping work area clean and organized. 
  • Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss. 
  • Communicate with servers and bussers pertaining to guest needs. 
  • Inform server of potential issues with guests. 
  • Complete assigned side work. Side work is not optional and will be checked out by the manager-on-duty. 
  • Comply with all Suncadia policies, procedures, and safety regulations. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current Washington state food handler permit required OR ability to obtain permit within 30-days of hire
  • Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment
  • Able to communicate well with team member and customers
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products
