The Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager. S/he will assist with overseeing assigned Food & Beverage outlets to ensure optimum performance, exceptional guest service and maximum profitability of all functions. S/he will train and motivate staff to exceed goals. The Restaurant Manager will always conduct them self in a manner that supports the guiding principles of The Westin at The Woodladns. The Restaurant Manager shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
