The Pool and Recreation Attendant  is often the first point of contact for guests and owners at the Caldera Springs Quarry Pool and Fitness Center.  They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and assisting guests with recreational equipment.  The Pool and Recreation Ambassador will maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards.

The Pool and Recreation Attendant will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment, and Open and Honest Communication. They shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times and for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

• Must maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards all owners and guests 
• Assist with daily cleaning of the pool and spa deck
• Cater to the needs and special requests of all owners and guests
• Assists guests and owners with recreation activities (bikes, canoes/kayaks and other equipment)
• Assists guests and owners with access to the Caldera Links and Golf Park, including club rentals and cart usage
• Ensure guests have proper safety equipment for all recreational activities
• Must be able to function alone as well as an effective team member.
• Perform opening and closing duties of the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center
• Perform opening and closing duties of the recreational amenities and golf course  
• Responsible for care, maintenance and cleanliness of pool area and fitness center and locker rooms. This may include cleaning the men’s and women’s locker rooms including shower stalls, toilets and urinals, mirrors, sinks, counter tops and floors if needed. May also include replacement of towels, toiletry amenities, shower soaps etc.
• Clean & sanitize exercise equipment.
• Responds politely to public inquiries regarding Caldera Springs/Sunriver Resort.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year customer service experience preferred
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
• Prior pool/spa experience preferred
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Red Cross/CPR Certified (SRLP will provide training).
• Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push & pull up to 50 lbs. with assistance;
