Join our culinary ARLO team as a Fine Dining Cook and immerse yourself in the artistry of gourmet cuisine (P.M. Shift). In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality, delectable dishes that elevate the dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

  1. Menu Execution: Prepare and plate a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu specifications, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

  2. Ingredient Selection: Source and select the finest ingredients, showcasing your knowledge of seasonal produce, sustainable seafood, and premium meats to enhance the flavor and appeal of each dish.

  3. Recipe Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative recipes that showcase your culinary skills and push the boundaries of fine dining cuisine.

  4. Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

  5. Quality Control: Conduct regular tastings and inspections to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards of excellence, making adjustments as needed to achieve perfection.

  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

  7. Guest Interaction: Interact with guests as needed, providing recommendations, answering questions, and accommodating special requests to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun! Experience. Bring two years of culinary training or related kitchen experience. Knowledge. Quality knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food products, and food service equipment. People Person. The best part about food is enjoying it with others. A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to cook, and knows a thing or two about kitchen safety and cleanliness.
