Concierge – Kaiya Club Residences & Beach House

Responsibilities

We are looking for out-going, enthusiastic individuals with an eye for detail to join our opening team at Kaiya Beach House. Concierge Team Members will provide reservation and guest services to our owners, club members and vacation renters. You will be an integral member of the team and provide our owners, members and vacation renters with an exceptional, memorable experience of the resort.

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

 

· Answer the telephone, provide assistance with reservations and guest requests, making recommendations based on knowledge of the local area and resort amenities.

· Greet guests on arrival, provide information about location and features of their unit.

· Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the front desk, lobby and other guest facing areas and notify manager or maintenance of issues that require attention.

· Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner, offering solutions or accommodating special requests as best as possible with the highest level of professionalism.

· Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, other departments and team members to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other Associates.

· Always being positive, showing enthusiasm, being humble, being thankful, and being respectful to all team members, owners, members and guests.

· Flexible schedule – available to work morning, afternoon and evenings, weekdays and weekends as well as holidays.

· Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Must possess positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional guest service at all times

· Excellent customer service skills and prior experience in a guest-facing role preferred

· Ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently

· Must be professional and neatly groomed

· High School or equivalent education preferred

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 15-40 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment.
