The Gatehouse Attendant is the first contact that people have when they come and visit Crosswater. It is critical that you have the correct attitude, appearance, resort/club knowledge. Your position here at Crosswater is an important one, as we only have one chance to make a first impression. An essential function of your job is to make sure that it is a positive one for all guests along with welcoming Homeowners, Members, and Contractors.

 

The Gatehouse Attendant will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment, and Open & Honest Communication. They shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times and for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

Responsibilities

  • To follow the Crosswater Gatehouse Policies and Procedures at all
  • To greet Crosswater Property Owners, their guests and To provide them with the appropriate guest pass and direct them to the proper address.
  • To greet Golf Members, their guests and Sunriver Resort Lodge Guests and provide them with the appropriate guest pass and direct them to the Clubhouse, whether it is for a dinner reservation or tee-time. Announce Lodge guest golfers and golfing members to the Golf Shop and PA’s.
  • To respectfully turn away those people who are not permitted access to
  • Provide mail, newspapers or other deliveries to Property
  • Be able to provide information to customers on Crosswater and other Sunriver
  • Always keep the immediate areas inside and around the Gatehouse neat and free of any trash or
  • Comply with Crosswater grooming and uniform
  • Comply with all CW policies, procedures and safety regulations and report any discrepancies to Know proper procedures for emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work well with others and the public
  • Ability to work flexible hours and days
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to function in high customer service impact situations
  • Knowledgeable relating to Crosswater & Sunriver Resort
  • Knowledge and interest in golf
  • High school education or equivalent
