• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities at the marina, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
• Assist in training marina staff on various daily and weekly operations, including safety protocols, customer service standards, and equipment handling
• Collaborate with management to develop comprehensive opening and closing procedures for the marina property, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Offer guidance and direction to marina staff regarding their daily duties and responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time
• Monitor inventory levels and identify any needs for restocking supplies or equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of vessels and the marina property to uphold cleanliness standards and ensure the safety of guests and staff
• Provide assistance to guests with their boat docking and tie-up service needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all marina visitors
• Regularly review and reinforce safety procedures with employees, emphasizing the importance of adherence to ensure the well-being of guests and staff
• Interact with guests to solicit feedback, address concerns, and ensure their needs are met, striving to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, including those from Poison Creek, marina visitors, resort guests, homeowners, and fellow employees, fostering positive relationships and a welcoming atmosphere
• Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall operation of the marina and resort property

• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for effectively coordinating with staff and guests, as well as conveying information clearly to the Activities Manager
• The ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidently present ideas and updates to the Activities Manager contributes to efficient operations and a positive work environment
• Working collaboratively with marina staff and other team members requires strong teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to organize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
