Maintain pars and equipment as needed to successfully accomplish all tasks. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services available within unit. Clear, clean, reset, and maintain public work area during shift. Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.

 Must know basic food handling techniques. Demonstrate the ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner. Basic computer and arithmetic skills required.
