CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a reliable Full Time or Part Time Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Outbound Mammoth. The Dishwasher / Prep Cook will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and assisting with food preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and storage areas, are clean and organized.
• Properly handle and store all food items according to health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed under the supervision of the kitchen staff.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
