Overview

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team at Outbound Mammoth. The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • Assist with the upkeep of grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general cleaning.
  • Maintain and repair equipment and tools, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
  • Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of maintenance supplies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8 hour work shift. Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting. pushing or pulling up to 75lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to an indoor and outdoor working environment and the noise level in the work place is usually moderate to high.
  • Typical equipment used include but are not limited to hand tools, power tools, shovels, and computers.
