Responsibilities

 

The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Front Desk team. This role demands a dynamic and charismatic leader who can inspire, motivate and guide our Front Desk team to exceed guest expectations at every turn.

Must be able to work flexible hours and days including holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hospitality software is a plus.
  • Previous Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
