The aquatics Manitenance Tech is responsible for working in a team environment, or independently to ensure the proper maintenance and condition of Sunriver Resort pool & spa amenities utilizing a variety of tools, equipment, and materials to achieve the highest quality guest experience.  

 

This postion will work: Sunday - Thursday 2 pm - 10:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Performs water quality control testing utilizing standard test kits
  • Performs daily vessel maintenance inspection and cleaning
  • Completes preventative maintenance tasks and repairs
  • Completes all tasks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Complies with all Sunriver Resort’s policies, procedures and safety regulations
  • Complies with Sunriver Resort’s grooming and uniform policy
  • Inspects machinery and mechanical equipment providing detailed reports of conditions
  • Ability to complete light plumbing repairs to piping and pumps
  • Ability to complete light electrical repairs to pump room equipment
  • Maintains overall condition of the pump room spaces
  • Performs other work-related duties as directed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic electrical and plumbing experience
  • Prior aquatic maintenance experience preferred
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and instructions
  • Must have valid Oregon Driver’s license and meet company driving standards
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
