The Associate Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Sales in all aspects of revenue generation, focusing on the group segment. This individual will assist in the development of action plans, performance management, and the execution of direct sales processes. The position is also directly responsible for generating revenue from a defined market, industry and/or key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Base Pay Start Rate: $115,000 - $125,000/Yr + Sales Incentives
