• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Monitor and control inventory of beverages and bar supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Clean and maintain bar area, including equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of drink orders.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and attend training sessions as required.
• Uphold Outbound Mammoth’s brand standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Basic math skills to handle transactions and manage inventory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to an indoor and outdoor working environment and the noise level in the work place is usually moderate to high.
• Typical equipment used include but are not limited to bartending equipment and household cleaning supplies.
