Overview

LDD Easton Ridge Management, Inc., the development, sales, and marketing manager for Suncadia, LLC (d/b/a Suncadia Real Estate Sales Company), is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the "face" of our resort community and sales office, this position plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and prospective buyers. The primary responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with office and real estate-related tasks, and maintaining a professional, inviting, and harmonious front-of-house environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

 

Ideal candidate would be a business minded, customer service driven individual willing to work Friday to Sunday, 8-5 on Friday, 9-4 on Saturday & Sunday, for a  20 hour work week.

 

Hourly Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 DOE (estimated 20-hours a week)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure public areas are “show-ready” at the start of each shift and maintain this standard throughout the day, including cleaning, straightening, organizing, and preparing indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • Maintain clear and safe building access (e.g., sweeping debris or shoveling snow as needed).
  • Greet all clients, owners, and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system, taking messages or directing calls appropriately.
  • Enter, process, and assign leads from walk-in and call-in traffic through the CRM system.
  • Manage agent rotation and ensure smooth client-agent connections.
  • Distribute real estate materials to information kiosks and other designated locations throughout the property.
  • Assist agents with open house supplies, fliers, and other sales tools, as needed.
  • Maintain a well-stocked supply of buyer packets, office supplies, and maps for agent and client use.
  • Support the Transaction Coordinator by creating new contract files for pending sales.
  • Pick up and deliver closing packages from title company, as needed.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including owner gift programs and special events coordination.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and routing documents.
  • Adhere to office Standard Operating Procedures and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced, changeable environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and CRM platforms preferred.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a busy office setting.
  • Must have reliable transportation
