Overview

CoralTree Hospitality is searching for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of the technology infrastructure at our property, Outbound Sedona, ensuring seamless operations for guests, end-users, and back-office systems. You’ll play a key role in project management, budgeting, system improvements, and maintaining compliance while providing top-notch support. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the IT Director to plan, scope, and review critical projects that align with business goals.
  • Take charge of budgeting for IT capital and operating expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the administration, security, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of all on-site hardware and software.
  • Provide exceptional support for end users, infrastructure, back-office systems, and guest-facing environments.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for hardware, systems, and software licensing.
  • Continuously evaluate systems and make strategic recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  • Act as the technical project lead for on-site system installations and upgrades, ensuring projects are executed smoothly.
  • Partner with vendors to manage communication, warranties, replacements, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain IT budgets while planning for system needs and improvements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with IT audits and PCI standards, including managing scans, remediation, and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with site departments as a technical project manager to define criteria for software implementations, system upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to corporate IT resources after thorough investigation and due diligence.
  • Maintain open communication by reporting monthly support issues and resolutions to the CoralTree Hospitality team.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical hardware and systems, ensuring errors are addressed promptly to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Experienced with at least one (1) year of IT, help desk, or similar experience.
  • An excellent communicator both in-person and virtually.
  • Proficient in problem-solving across various platforms and technical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledgeable of endpoint protection and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
