As a Data Analyst in our Analytics/Business Intelligence department, you'll be an integral part of our team, focusing on validating hotel systems data. You'll work closely with property leaders and Otelier to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across various hotel systems, including PMS, POS, Golf, Spa, ProfitSword, and UKG. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data validation within the hospitality industry. This position is highly encouraged for recent or soon-to-be graduates who desire experience in the hospitality industry.

• Validate data integrity and accuracy across various hotel systems, including PMS, POS, Golf, Spa, ProfitSword, and UKG.
• Collaborate closely with property leaders to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Partner with Otelier to ensure seamless integration and consistency in hotel systems data.
• Perform detailed analysis to verify the accuracy of system-generated reports.
• Support the design and execution of data validation protocols within the hospitality industry.
• Document data validation findings and propose recommendations for system enhancements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices across the organization.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.
• Prior experience with hotel systems or data validation is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $27 - $35/hr.

Location: This is a hybrid position that should be based in the Denver metro area with the ability to commute to our office in Englewood, CO.
