This role is integral to the success of our events and catering operations, ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional client communication, and the achievement of revenue goals. • Coordinate meetings, conferences, exhibit shows, and other special events with precision, ensuring clear and detailed communication between clients and hotel departments.
• Strive to attain and exceed pre-set monthly and quarterly revenue goals for the Catering department.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all event inquiries, providing clients with timely and accurate information to support their planning needs.
• Actively pursue prospective clients through strategic outreach, fostering future and repeat business opportunities.

• At least 3 or years as a Catering Manager or Director of Catering preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and event management software is a plus.
