• Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with luggage handling, both at check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms, offering information about the resort’s amenities and services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as retrieving stored luggage or providing directions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and storage areas.
• Assist with valet services or transportation arrangements as needed.
• Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards to ensure guest trust.

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to varying guest needs.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a bonus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
• Lift, carry, push, or pull luggage and other items up to 75 pounds.
• Perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
