You will be a part of the culinary team which masterfully crafts distinctive dishes and cultivates an authentic food experience for our guests. Your food knowledge will be put to the test as you prepare, cook, and garnish meals which are distinct by design, yet true to its place. Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking exquisite dishes that align with our fine dining standards.
  • Collaborating with the sous chef and culinary team to craft seasonal menus.
  • Ensuring every dish is plated to perfection and meets our exceptional presentation standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Following all health and safety regulations to keep our guests and team safe.
  • Contributing your ideas and creativity to elevate the guest dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Has 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
  • Possesses a strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and plating artistry.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and works well under pressure.
  • Is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Values teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Holds a valid Food Handler’s Certification (or is willing to obtain one before starting).

Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, and plating.
  • Have the stamina to handle long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
