Overview

PM Shift (4 PM - 12:30 AM) You are part of the team that is empowered to provide exceptional cleaning service in all public areas, guest corridors, and other assigned areas. You will work closely with others who, like you, are fully committed to ensuring that all spaces are clean, warm, welcoming, and encourage comfort. Pay Rate $19.50 #TowncountrySD

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and outdoor areas.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Perform routine deep-cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning and window washing.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or reports of spills or messes.
  • Ensure all areas meet the highest cleanliness standards, creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
  • Collaborate with the night shift team to support other housekeeping or maintenance needs as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
  • Works efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates reliability and punctuality—our guests rely on you!
  • Has prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles (preferred, but not required).
  • Maintains a positive attitude and is willing to go the extra mile for our guests.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:
This role is physically demanding and requires:

  • The ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 8 hours during a shift.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
  • Bending, kneeling, reaching, and stretching to clean various surfaces.
  • Working with cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
  • The ability to work overnight hours (approximately 4 PM – 12:30 AM or as scheduled).
