• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with seating, towels, and poolside service.
• Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with towels, chairs, and amenities.
• Monitor the pool deck for safety concerns, promptly reporting any hazards or issues.
• Assist with food and beverage service, delivering orders from the poolside bar with a smile.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and anticipating guest needs.
• Enforce pool rules in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down umbrellas, lounge chairs, and cabanas.
• Support special events and activities happening around the pool area.

• Lifeguard (required) or CPR certification is a plus but not required.
• A guest-focused, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work outdoors in a warm, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a pool, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Capable of working in outdoor conditions, including sun and heat.
