Responsibilities

As the All-Day Dining Sous Chef, you will:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to develop innovative, market-driven menus that redefine breakfast and brunch dining.
  • Inspire, train, and mentor a team of culinarians, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee food quality, production, safety standards, and financial performance, balancing creativity with operational efficiency.
  • Engage with guests and the community, bringing culinary experiences to life through activations and live stations.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, ideally within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
  • A passion for elevated, modern cuisine with a strong understanding of breakfast and brunch concepts.
  • A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and inspires teams to perform at their best.
  • Expertise in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management, ensuring both artistry and efficiency.
  • A commitment to exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and an unwavering focus on guest experience.
