Job Summary:

The Massage Therapist at Red Mountain Resort is responsible for providing therapeutic, rejuvenating, and customized massage treatments that align with the resort’s wellness philosophy. Reporting to the Spa Manager, this role ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering professional, personalized services in a serene spa environment. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a premier luxury wellness resort, focusing on holistic health, relaxation, and guest care.

Pay Rate: Starting at $28/Hr Commission-Based + Service Charges + Sales Incentives.

• Perform a variety of therapeutic, relaxation, and specialty massage treatments tailored to guest needs.
• Assess guest concerns and customize massage techniques to promote wellness and relaxation.
• Create a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere, ensuring guest comfort throughout treatments.
• Maintain knowledge of holistic wellness practices, incorporating them into services when appropriate.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms.
• Promote and recommend spa products, services, and wellness programs to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a current state massage therapy license, following all local and industry regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed on industry trends and techniques.

• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Utah.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional massage experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for wellness, holistic healing, and resort hospitality.
