The Food and Beverage Supervisor at Cool Water Bar & Grill will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and managing staff. This role will also require handling inventory and providing leadership to the service team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and train pool bar and grill staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
3. Manage day-to-day operations of the pool bar and grill, ensuring smooth service.
4. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
5. Oversee food and beverage inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.
6. Create and maintain daily schedules for the team.
7. Monitor the financial performance of the pool bar, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
8. Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and portion control.
9. Organize and supervise special events or promotions in the pool area.
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in food and beverage, preferably in a pool bar or resort setting.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of food and beverage products, service standards, and safety protocols.
5. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer software.
6. Ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety or hospitality management are a plus.
8. Valid Driver’s License
