Job Summary:

The Spa Attendant at Sagestone Spa is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the Spa Manager, this role supports spa operations by preparing treatment areas, restocking supplies, and assisting guests with their needs. The Spa Attendant plays a vital role in creating a tranquil atmosphere that aligns with Red Mountain Resort’s wellness philosophy.

Onsite: Red Mountain Resort – Sagestone Spa
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time Available
Pay Rate: $13/hr This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, locker rooms, and common spaces.
  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist them with spa amenities, robes, lockers, and facilities.
  • Prepare treatment rooms by restocking linens, supplies, and products to ensure a seamless experience for therapists and guests.
  • Monitor and maintain spa facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in excellent condition.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels of spa supplies and amenities, notifying management of replenishment needs.
  • Support therapists and spa professionals by managing treatment room transitions and maintaining operational flow.
  • Provide guests with information about spa services, wellness programs, and facility usage.
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness operations preferred but not required.
  • Strong guest service and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on creating a tranquil and luxurious guest experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet spa operational needs.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and providing outstanding guest experiences.
