Arlo, Town and Country Resort’s signature restaurant, is seeking an ARLO Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position is responsible for leading front-of-house staff, maintaining service standards, and assisting with operational efficiency. • Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations.
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with floor management, seating arrangements, and overall guest flow.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally to enhance the dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding supply needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with management to improve service, efficiency, and team performance.

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, fine dining, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and POS systems.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler's card and RBS certificate

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for service-related tasks.
