Job Summary:

 

A Master Aesthetician at Sagestone Spa is responsible for delivering advanced skincare treatments and personalized consultations tailored to guests' unique needs. This role involves performing professional facials, chemical peels, ultrasonic facial, and other specialized aesthetic services. Reporting to the Spa Manager, a Master Aesthetician ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction while upholding spa standards and promoting wellness through customized skincare.

Onsite: Red Mountain Resort – Sagestone Spa
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time Available
Pay Rate: Starting at $28/hr. Commission-Based + Service Charges + Sales Incentives. This is the rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, , and other specialized services with an emphasis on facial massage techniques.
  • Conduct detailed consultations to assess guests' skincare needs and recommend customized treatments and products.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends, techniques, and products in the skincare industry.
  • Promote and recommend spa retail products to enhance guests' home skincare routines.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and treatment areas are sanitized and meet health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, treatments, and any skincare concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on state licensing requirements and maintain compliance with all regulations.
  • Assist with spa promotions, events, and VIP services as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master Aesthetician license in the state of Utah required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a licensed aesthetician, preferably in a luxury spa setting.
  • Expertise in specialty facial massage techniques, advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels, ultrasonic facial machine.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and wellness principles.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet guest needs.
