Responsibilities

The Private Home Coordinator is responsible for the successful upkeep, day to day coordination and the overall guest experience in the private home. The coordinator is the primary liaison between the homeowner or appointed representative, and CoralTree Residences Collection Kona-Kohala.

 

The Private Home Coordinator works directly with the homeowner and CTRC Kona-Kohala General Manager to plan and execute the overall coordination of property and service. The private home coordinator is responsible for all related financial matters, including accounting and budgets. The Private Home Coordinator may also be called upon to assist with coordinating special events for the homeowner.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed and as scheduled.
  • Ability to immediately react to after-hours emergencies and guest requests.
  • Computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to communicate, execute daily tasks, analyze financials, and manage systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and be pro-active in problem resolution.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Prior experience in property management preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a dependable means of transportation that is properly insured and operated per requirements of all laws.
