The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the F&B management team with overseeing assigned outlets, train and inspect the performance of staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Continually exemplify the attributes of property leadership corresponding to the culture of The Westin at The Woodlands, while leading through a hands-on, lead-by-example style that creates and fosters a positive work environment.
