The Assistant F&B Manager reports to the F&B General Manager and the Hotel Director of Operations. S/he will assist with overseeing assigned Food & Beverage outlets of Sorriso Modern Italian Kitchen and Como Social Club to ensure optimum performance, exceptional guest service, and maximum profitability of all functions. S/he will train and motivate staff to exceed goals. The Assistant F&B Manager will always conduct themselves in a manner that supports the guiding principles of The Westin at The Woodlands. The Assistant F&B Manager shall strive to always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests.
