The Poolside Server is responsible for coordinating entire station and communicating with front and back of house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.  Success as a server is critical to the success of this restaurant.  Servers have the closest and longest contact with our guests and the greatest opportunity to influence our guests’ impressions of our restaurant.

• Clock in and check in with the manager-on-duty; 

• Prepare and serve beverage for the poolside; 

• Prepare and serve beverage for the cabana’s; 

• Perform Cashier Duties; 

• Bring a consistent, positive, upbeat attitude to the teams everyday routine; 

• Clock in and check in with supervisor on duty; 

• Report to work in full uniform at the assigned time; 

• Offer guests the highest quality service and product; 

• Complete assigned side-work in timely manner; 

• Maintain cleanliness of snack bar and corresponding facilities at all times; 

• Complete daily paperwork in an accurate manner; 

• Responsible for assigned bank and any overage and/shortages; 

• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and safety regulations; 

• Knowing your schedule every week and providing an approved cover if you can’t be here; 

• Knowledge of facility, menu prices, and hours of operation; 

• Follow proper cash handling procedures 

• Commit to department trainings, stand ups ensuring  each associate is proud, prepared and connected 

• Other duties as assigned. 

• High school education or GED equivalent; 

• Current Washington state food handler permit required; 

• Current Washington state liquor license required; 

• Must be 18 years of age or older; 

• Ability to learn basic bartending skills; willing to occasional work bar shifts; if over 21 years old 

• Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment; 

• Able to communicate well with team members and customers; 

• Able to work flexible hours and days; 

• Knowledge of food and beverage products; 

• Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services; 

• Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills.
