Overview

Sales Executive is engaged exclusively and primarily for the sale of developer-owned and Portfolio Builder real estate, to individuals and families, located within Suncadia Resort (including Tumble Creek) being developed by Suncadia, LLC ("Company"). Sales Executive agrees to focus his or her efforts primarily on the sales of such properties to individuals and families, it being understood that management will be responsible for the sale of development sites and multiple lots to speculative builders and other developers. Sales Executives may not participate in the listing or sale of other properties, including personal transactions, as a salesperson without the express written consent of Broker.

 

Annual Salary:$77,970.00

Responsibilities

  • Works diligently to sell all Portfolio Builder properties listed with Broker, to solicit additional clients, and otherwise to promote the real estate brokerage business of Broker.
  • Knowledge of all Applicable Law. Sales Executive shall comply fully with all laws, rules and regulations governing the sale of real estate in Washington and with all rules and regulations regarding representation of land for sale of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, administered by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or other federal agency assigned such administration, a copy of which will be provided to Sales Executive upon request
  • Sales Executive shall ensure that all listings and other contracts are made in the name of the Broker.
  • Property Information. Sales Executive shall be fully familiar with properties listed for sale by Broker as well as all disclosure documents regarding Suncadia Resort, Suncadia Club, Tumble Creek Club and other information made available by the seller to Broker to enable Sales Executive to fulfill his or her responsibilities in connection with any transaction.
  • Policies and Procedures. Sales Executive shall fully familiarize him or herself with policies and procedures of Broker about the sales of real property including all forms utilized in property sales.
  • Confidential Information. Sales Executive shall not misuse, misappropriate, give, sell or disclose confidential information of Broker, buyers, sellers or homeowners, either directly or indirectly. Furthermore, Sales Executive shall not use such confidential information in any manner for his or her personal benefit or the benefit of others, except as required in performance of the duties hereunder.
  • Real Estate License. Sales Executive shall fulfill all requirements to maintain his or her Washington real estate license throughout the term of this Agreement in good standing, including without limitation fulfillment of all educational requirements.
  • Sales Executive will be required at times to participate in professional education, training and development seminars and courses sponsored by and paid for by Broker

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Real Estate License is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably within resort communities and focused on Developer products sales strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the Suncadia Resort community and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
