Job Summary:
The Food Runner at Latitude Restaurant is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures timely service, proper food presentation, and guest satisfaction, while assisting the service team in maintaining a high-level dining experience.

Pay Rate: $12/hr plus tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

· Support the expediting process by ensuring plates are prepared to chef’s standards before delivery.
· Assist in stocking and restocking service stations, ensuring all supplies are available during service.
· Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring guests receive their meals promptly and correctly.
· Previous experience as a food runner, busser, or in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration between FOH and BOH staff.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize service needs in a high-end dining setting.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
· Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
· Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, based on restaurant operations.
