Forest House Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for owners/guests and responsible for the overall guest recreational experience at the Forest House. They will be responsible facility check-in duties, maintaining facility standards (game room, gym, locker rooms, etc.), retail sales and upholding all usage policies. The Forest House Front Desk Agent Lead will maintain the AAA Four Diamond standards.
They will always conduct themselves in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. The Forest House Desk Agent shall strive to always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
