The Spa Attendant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, restorative, and polished experience.

 

Job Summary:

 

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all spa facilities and guest areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, and hydrotherapy amenities. This role supports spa providers and front desk staff while delivering exceptional service and attention to detail for every guest.

Onsite: Black Desert Resort – Spa
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $16-$17/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through spa spaces, offering water, robes, and personalized amenities
  • Ensure locker rooms, restrooms, treatment areas, and relaxation lounges are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
  • Monitor linen use and assist with laundry pickup, folding, and distribution throughout the spa
  • Replenish amenities such as towels, robes, sandals, water stations, and spa products throughout the day
  • Monitor hydrotherapy areas (e.g., showers, steam rooms) to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort
  • Assist with maintaining inventory levels and alert leadership to supply needs
  • Support spa events and promotions with setup and guest service as needed
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and assist in creating a calm, welcoming spa environment
  • Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to spa leadership immediately

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in housekeeping, spa, hospitality, or wellness preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Professional, calm, and discreet demeanor with excellent guest service attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure in a quiet, high-touch environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
