The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of all banquet spaces in accordance with the event orders and hotel standards. This role supports the Banquet Captains, servers, and culinary team by ensuring all function spaces are clean, well-stocked, and ready for events. This is a physically demanding position that requires excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and time management. You will be an integral part of the team by excelling in consistently providing meeting products to the property’s clients, focusing on proper meeting set-ups, break downs, and configurations.
