The Beach and Pool Attendant will provide efficient and professional Beach and Pool side service to owners and guests in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner. All duties and functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork and guest satisfaction. The essential job functions and responsibilities of the Beach and Pool Attendant are welcoming all guests and owners with Aloha.

This position may assist as a Bell Attendant in the event of fluctuations in business demands.

The Bell Attendant will serve as a representative of CoralTree Residences Hawaii. The Bell Attendant embodies the Aloha spirit by example, to share goodness with others, maintaining unconditional kindness, hospitality and cooperativeness with humility, unity and graciousness. Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Guest Services department to ensure owners and guests are welcomed, escorted, and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from residences efficiently and safely. 

• Current Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required but can be provided
• Previous Recreational or Hospitality industry experience helpful
• Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to organize work tasks efficiently
• Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
• Must work with minimal supervision
• Takes pride in a great job done
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
