As a Room Attendant at our resort, you will be responsible for creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. With 671 rooms spread across a beautiful resort setting, our housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering a memorable guest experience through attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to clean guest rooms, refresh amenities, and ensure all standards of sanitation and presentation are met. Pay Rate $20.40 #towncountrysd
Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities
Vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfaces including mirrors, windows, and furniture
Restock carts and linen closets at the end of each shift
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost & found items to management
Ensure all rooms are completed in a timely manner and meet resort cleanliness standards
Respond to guest requests or questions in a courteous and helpful manner
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
Adhere to uniform and grooming standards as defined by the resort
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required – training is provided
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to understand basic English instructions (bilingual a plus)
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
Must be able to push/pull housekeeping carts weighing up to 100 lbs
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly (e.g., linen bags, cleaning supplies)
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and stooping
Ability to climb stairs and work in multiple buildings across the property
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and using housekeeping tools
