As a Bellperson at our resort, you are often the first and last impression of the guest experience. You’ll warmly greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, provide helpful resort and local area information, and ensure each interaction is efficient, courteous, and memorable. This is a guest-facing role that requires professionalism, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to service. Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival and departure
Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to/from guest rooms
Escort guests to rooms while explaining resort amenities, services, and offerings
Provide directions and general resort/local information as needed
Assist with valet coordination, taxi requests, and special guest needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell carts, lobby, and entrance areas
Deliver packages, amenities, messages, or items to guest rooms
Support front desk, valet, and concierge teams during high-volume periods
Handle guest requests professionally and resolve issues or refer as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Valid driver’s license preferred for valet backup (if required by property)
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull luggage up to 75 lbs
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions
Must be able to move quickly and safely through large resort property
