Everline Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic, goal-driven Sales Manager to join our sales and marketing team. This individual will be responsible for proactively generating new group business and maintaining existing client relationships to maximize revenue across assigned market segments. Actively solicit new group business through prospecting, networking, sales calls, leads, and trade shows.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and detailed group itineraries.
Work closely with the Conference Services and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Represent the resort at industry events, client visits, and familiarization (FAM) tours.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2–3 years of hotel/resort group sales experience (luxury resort experience a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Delphi/FDC preferred).
Must be able to travel occasionally for tradeshows, sales missions, and client meetings.
Knowledge of the Lake Tahoe market is a plus.
