Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Sandy’s Pub. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of dedicated staff, ensuring smooth service, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining the pub’s high standards of quality, hospitality, and fun.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations of Sandy’s Pub

  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff

  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory to meet budget and performance goals

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to refine menus and support seasonal offerings

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees

  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Promote a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability

 

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Works as MOD as assigned.
  • Assist and supervise in other F&B venues as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a upscale casual dining environment

  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, labor management, and food safety regulations

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Passion for guest service and creating positive team dynamics

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

Experience, Education, & Licensure:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two or four year degree in field of choice preferred
  • At least three years supervisory food and beverage experience required
  • Prior Four or Five Diamond experience preferred
  • Must possess valid Food Handler’s card
