In this pivotal leadership role, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for multiple unique destinations, ensuring consistency in service excellence and brand integrity. From sales and marketing to engineering and human resources, you will guide each property’s leadership team, fostering alignment, collaboration, and innovation. Drive operational excellence and profitability across all Outbound California properties, achieving financial goals and performance benchmarks as outlined in each property's annual business plan.
Lead the strategic marketing and positioning efforts for the portfolio, implementing innovative, property-specific campaigns that effectively differentiate each location within its competitive landscape.
Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans across multiple properties to achieve business objectives, deliver accurate forecasting, and ensure agile, data-informed adjustments to protect profitability.
Champion exceptional guest and team member experiences across all properties, continuously elevating service standards and maintaining CoralTree Hospitality’s commitment to authentic and memorable hospitality.
Serve as the brand ambassador for the Outbound California collection, cultivating strong relationships with community leaders, regional partners, and national stakeholders.
Ensure that each property operates with the highest standards of safety, security, and compliance by implementing consistent policies and procedures that prioritize the well-being of guests and team members.
Demonstrate integrity and inspire trust with all stakeholders—including property owners, community partners, asset managers, and team members—by modeling the highest ethical standards and transparent communication.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent across the region by fostering an environment of continuous learning, growth, and internal mobility.
Lead and support organizational change across properties by embracing continuous improvement, empowering property leaders, and promoting a proactive approach to innovation.
Instill a strong guest-centric culture throughout the Outbound California portfolio, ensuring each property consistently exceeds guest expectations with tailored and memorable experiences.
Align ownership priorities, company vision, and on-property execution, creating a cohesive and purpose-driven team environment across all locations.
Balance the diverse needs of ownership groups, guests, and team members, cultivating a harmonious and results-driven culture at each property.
Maintain a strong command of financial operations including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow management, and internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and fiscal accountability across all properties.
Experienced, with at least 10 years of progressive leadership in hotel operations. Multi-property or area-level oversight strongly preferred.
A college graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
A dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and driving results across multiple properties.
Highly organized, personable, and an effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, particularly for regional team engagement and guest service excellence.

Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000/yr. + bonus
