As an Overnight Valet Attendant at The Woodlands Resort, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests during late hours.

This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome, safe and efficient vehicle handling, and exceptional guest service throughout the night.

You will ensure the secure parking and retrieval of guest vehicles while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys.
• Monitor the valet area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Assist guests with luggage or directions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with overnight front desk and security teams.
• Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious activity immediately.
• Follow all safety and driving regulations, including resort policies.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
