The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and communicating all aspects of daily housekeeping execution.  This position handles most administrative aspects of the Housekeeping Department.  The Housekeeping Manager ensures assignments are made in the most cost-effective manner, providing the highest quality housekeeping to CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii owners and guests.

The Housekeeping Manager serves as a representative of CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii displaying courtesy, professionalism and Aloha to all team members, owners and guests through positive action and attitude. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for preparing daily assignments and projects for housekeeping attendants, housepersons, and supervisors. Additionally, the Housekeeping Manager will develop, track and coordinate deep cleaning of residences and maintenance of the log. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for performing all job responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner while supporting and expecting the same level of performance from staff.

The ideal Housekeeping Manager will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Three or more years working in housekeeping required. Experience in a four or five-diamond property or luxury resort strongly preferred.

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and team members in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner including executive team, homeowners, AOAO management, business partners and a very diverse group of hourly team members.

• Two to Four years of previous management experience management experience with a commitment to exceptional guest service and high-quality satisfaction required. Management experience in a four or five-diamond property or luxury resort strongly preferred. 
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and days, including weekends.
• Must have a valid Hawaii driver's license, acceptable Driving Abstract and insurable within the CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii system.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of skills in the areas of diplomacy, problem solving, and relationship building.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other operational systems is a must. Previous experiencing utilizing Springer-Miller and Asgard strongly preferred.
