As a Beverage Cart Attendant at ARLO, you'll deliver an elevated brunch experience by offering tableside mimosa service with charm, style, and professionalism. You'll engage with guests directly, preparing custom mimosas and brunch cocktails using a rolling cart, while showcasing your product knowledge and service finesse. Provide personalized, tableside mimosa and cocktail service using a rolling cart during brunch and breakfast hours
Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge
Set up and break down the mimosa cart, ensuring cleanliness, full stock, and compliance with RBS standards
Guide guests through mimosa flavor options, upgrades, and specials
Ensure all alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in accordance with RBS regulations
Maintain communication with servers and kitchen staff to support a seamless service flow
Keep the service area tidy and assist with light bussing/resetting when needed
Upsell premium champagnes, juices, and garnishes to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
Handle all guest interactions with poise, professionalism, and ARLO hospitality standards
Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification required
Previous upscale restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction
Ability to upsell and educate guests on offerings in a fun, approachable way
Knowledge of champagne, wine, and brunch cocktail ingredients is a plus
Availability on weekends and holidays is required
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift)
Must be able to lift, push, and maneuver a fully stocked beverage cart (up to 50 lbs)
Frequent reaching, bending, and carrying champagne bottles, glasses, and ice buckets
Must be comfortable navigating tight spaces between tables while providing service
May be required to work indoor/outdoor patio areas depending on guest seating
