The primary responsibility of the General Maintenance Engineer Runner is to ensure exceptional guest and owner services by responding and completing work orders by use of work order system.  Responding to guest and owner requests courteously, professionally, and promptly always. The role of General Maintenance Engineer Helper is vital in upholding an efficient, dependable, safe, and conducive environment for our esteemed owners, valued guests, and respected team members.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability, knowledge, and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid Hawaii driver’s license and be insurable within the CoralTree Residence Collection system.
